She was born on April 17, 1989, in London, United Kingdom, as the only child of her parents. She originally hails from Ibuzor, Delta state. Beverly had her primary and secondary education at the United Kingdom before moving to Brunel University, Uxbridge, England to study Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology. She also studied script-writing and film-making at Roehampton University
She began acting when she was 17 while still studying at the University. Beverly moved to Nigeria to professionally start her acting career because she felt Nollywood creates more opportunity for aspiring actors.
She broke into the Nigerian entertainment scene in 2010 when she starred in the Nollywood film “Living in Exile” and has ever since been featured in a number of blockbuster Nollywood films.
Some of the movies she has featured in include; Guilty Pleasures, Alan Poza, Stripped, When Love Happens, Oasis, Skinny Girl in Transit, Suru L’ere, The Wedding Party 1 & 2, The Arbitration, Shift Lemme Faint (Stage Play), Fractures, Catcher, Chief Daddy, Fifty Shades of Black (A Documentary), The Eve, The Picture Perfect (10 Years Later), Skin (A Documentary), Cold Feet, Jumbled and Across the Rising Sun.
