Rapper and reality star, Olamilekan ‘Laycon’ Agbeleshe, has emerged winner of the Best New Artist of The Year at the 2020 African Entertainment Awards, USA (AEAUSA).
The Best New Artist of the Year had Daddy Andre, John Blaq, Ojayy Wright, Masauti, Zuchu, Chetekela, YKee Benda, Mickael, and Olakira as nominees.
The 26-year-old rapper took to his Twitter page to announce the news and also dedicated the win to ICONS, his fans.

The AEAUSA is an annual music award composed of 30 categories (22 music and 8 non-music). The 1st edition of the award was held on 31 October 2015, at the Mary Burch Theater Newark, New Jersey.
This year’s edition has Nollywood stars, Nkechi Blessing and Seun Jimoh, as hosts.
