Some Ijaw leaders in Bayelsa have urged the Minister of Petroleum Resources to respect a substituting order of the Federal High Court, Yenagoa on the ongoing Marginal Oilfields Licensing rounds.

Bridging Claims: NMDPRA Pays N74 Billion To Marketers In Seven Months

The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) has paid the sum of  N74 billion to oil marketers as bridging claims in the past seven months.

Scarcity: FG To Sanction Erring Fuel Stations, Maintains N165 Pump Price

The Federal Government has threatened to sanction any fuel stations or depots selling above the stipulated approved pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).

Cooking Gas: Experts Urge FG To Halt Increase, Leverage Domestic Potential

Some oil and gas experts have advised the Federal Government to fully leverage on the domestic potential to end the incessant hike in the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

The experts also called for a better storage capacity of LPG, otherwise known as cooking gas to save the country from the repercussions of international market prices dwindling. Read more here.
