Nigeria artiste, Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi has announced that the case Uganda government has against Omah Lay and Tems has been resolved.
On Tuesday, Mr Eazi took to his Twitter page to reveal that the case against the Nigerian artistes has been resolved and they are to be released.

He wrote: “Pleased to hear that My brothers and sisters are to be released & the case is resolved, Big love to everyone who worked on this & Special thanks to @adoniaayebare & The Government of Uganda, Chief Of Justice In Uganda Folded hands. African relations must keep fostering strong!
“On the said issue, Promoters must adhere to Rules and Regulations & be held accountable for flouting these rules. We African Creatives get Little or no support, for the soft power & amount of Jobs we create! The sector must be looked at holistically! God bless Africa.”

AllNews earlier reported that Omah Lay, alongside Tems and Muyiwa Awoniyi were arrested after they performed at a concert in Uganda despite COVID-19 restriction placed on public entertainment.
They were also charged to court in Makindye, Uganda on charges of Negligently doing acts likely to spread an infectious diseases, C/S 171, of the Penal Code Act.
