Popular Nigerian music producer Pheelz has revealed that he wore Adekunle Gold's cloth to perform at Davido's concert at the 02 Arena, the UK on March 5, 2022.
Speaking on the situation that led to that in an interview that surfaced online, Pheelz explained that he didn't get his UK visa until the morning of the show while still in Lagos.
“I went to the embassy, picked up my visa. Immediately I picked it up, I sent Davido a message ‘yo my visa is out’. He was like ‘bro show up now’.

“From the embassy, it was straight to the airport. I booked my ticket on my way to the airport.
"I didn't even have time to pack my bag or go home to pack.
“It was just literally the same cloth I wore to the embassy that I wore to the airport. I got to London around 4 pm and the show starts at 6 pm,” he said.
According to him, it was too late for him to shop for clothes so he asked for help from Adekunle Gold who was also in London for the same show.
“I linked up with Adekunle Gold, we tried out a few fits,” Pheelz continued.
“And there was one that I wore that the top fitted me. The pant fitted me but it was a little bit jumpy.
“If you see pictures of me on the stage, you'd see that the pants were really jumpy and people thought it was fashion.
"But no, that was Adekunle Gold's cloth.”
