Victor Majekodunmi, the man who hacked into late singer Sound Sultan's Instagram account to scam people after his death has been arrested.
This was announced by Sound Sultan's younger brother Baba Dee.
Taking to his Instagram, Baba Dee shared a photo of Majekodunmi, stating that the young man has great potential but chooses to be evil and heartless.
He further revealed that the family has taken control of Sound Sultan's Instagram account and Majekodunmi is cooling off in police custody.
"This is the face of the scammer that hacked into my brother @soundsultan Instagram account after his death. His Name is victor Majekodunmi, a young with great potential yet so evil and heartless," he wrote.
"He deleted a lot of his memories and chose to scam people by pretending to be @faridafasasi .
"I'm happy to announce that we have taken control of the account and he is presently cooling off in police custody. Thanks to everybody that showed concerned and helped nab young, hardened criminal. @kay_spartan @rawfeecuh @patrick_ata @lilygreenroom @daluss_ @pulsenigeria247 @mufasatundeednut @instablog9ja @olorisupergal.

Recall that shortly after his death, Sound Sultan's wife Farida Fasasi issued a disclaimer stating that the late singer's social media account has been hacked.
She asked the public to disregard any form of communications from any of Sound Sultan's social media accounts as the access is now in the hands of scammers.
