In the video, James Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, was seen in the video sucking the girl's finger and caressing her body, but he was not captured having sexual intercourse with her.

Recall that Baba Ijesha was picked up by men of the Lagos State Police Command for defiling a teenager. The police said that the 48-year-old veteran actor confessed to the crime and was even caught on CCTV camera.
Days later, there was a report that the police were issued the directive to release Baba Ijesha on bail. According to the police, it was just a case of indecent assault and not sexual harassment, making the offense bailable according to law.

The police added that the CCTV footage only captured the 48-year-old actor touching the victim's body but didn't capture him having sexual intercourse with her.
Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, who has been quite vocal on the case, released a video on Instagram where Baba Ijesha was seen confessing to the crime and pleading for Princess to forgive him as he was under a spell.
