Copyright Commission Raids Digital Television In Enugu, Impounds N250 Million Equipment

The Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) has raided a digital television station and impounded equipment worth N250 million in Nsukka, Enugu State.

It was gathered that the television station, known as Real Summit was allegedly stealing the programme contents of other digital satellite transmitting stations like DSTV and Startimes. Read more here.

Former Minister of Power Prof. Barth Nnaji has revealed that he rejected a chance to  become the Labour Party governorship candidate in Enugu State because he believes in Peter Mba, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

NDLEA Arrests 75-Year-Old Drug Peddler

 

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested a 75-year-old grandpa, Usman Bokina Bajama alongside 21 other suspects in operations across seven states in the country for drug peddling.
