iPhone 13 Rumored To Use Satellites Directly Increases Globalstar Shares By 50%

Satellite service provider, Globalstar shares has increased rapidly more than 50% on Monday following a report that the next iPhone will have the ability to utilize satellite communication.

TFI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted in a note to investors over the weekend that Apple is “optimistic about the trend of satellite communications” and “will likely” include the ability to connect to extraterrestrial networks in its upcoming iPhone. Read more here.

PayPal Hires Expert To Expand Its Stock-Trading Platform For US Customers

PayPal has recently hired TradeKing co-founder Richard Hagen to manage a new unit at the company called Invest at PayPal as the company “explores” the idea of allowing its users to trade individual stocks in the US.

Hagan talked about his new job on his LinkedIn profile, saying  that he is “Leading PayPal’s efforts to explore opportunities in the consumer investment business.” Read more here.

Samsung Releases Walkie Talkie App To Its New Galaxy Watch

Samsung announced the release of a new walkie-talkie app for the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic on Tuesday which empowers watch owners to have push-to-talk conversations with one another using the wearable.

The app development was rumored in May by SamMobile prior to the watch’s official announcement, but the app release was reported by XDA Developers and it's now available to download via the Google Play Store. Read more here.

Telegram Version 8.0 Unveils Live Streams With Unlimited Viewers To Group, Channels

Messaging app, Telegram has announced the release of version 8.0 of its app. The new version allows live streams to be watched by an unlimited number of viewers, up from the previous limit of 1,000.

The new update version 8.0 of the app includes more options when forwarding messages and a shortcut to switch between channels and it's now available on both iOS and Android. Read more here.

Windows 11 Launch On October 5 Will Lack Support For Android App

Redmond tech giant Microsoft has announced that there will be no support for Android apps on Windows 11 when the operating system launches on October 5.
