A Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) Save Public Education Campaign has said it will organise a national mass protest in a bid to put an end to the incessant strikes by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

Tanko Muhammad: HURIWA Calls For Arrest Of Former CJN

The Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA) has called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arrest former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Muhammad.

Muhammad tendered his resignation on Monday amid corruption allegations from 14 Supreme Court Judges and commenting on it, HURIWA stated that it was not enough to clear him of the charges. Read more here.

Russian Missile Strikes Kills 10 In Ukraine

A shopping center in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk was hit by a Russian missile strike on Monday, killing at least 10 people and leaving many injured.

224 Drug Offenders Arrested Within Five Months - Osun NDLEA

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Osun Command, has revealed that from January to May 2022, it has been able to arrest 224 drug offenders for various drug-related offences.
