Personal life

Tom Holland lives in Kingston, London, near his parents' and younger brothers' homes. 

He sponsors The Brothers Trust, a UK Registered Charity that raises funds for various charitable causes, with his three younger brothers (Harry, Sam, and Paddy).

According to reports, Tom is dating actress Nadia Parkes, who is good friends with Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner. The couple was apparently introduced through their showbiz friends and moved in together just before lockdown.

Education

Holland attended Donhead, a Roman Catholic preparatory school in Wimbledon, South West London, before moving on to Wimbledon College, a voluntary aided Jesuit Roman Catholic comprehensive school (also in Wimbledon) until December 2012.

The actor attended The BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology in Croydon after graduating from Wimbledon College and briefly attended carpentry school in Cardiff, Wales.

Career

Holland made his acting debut as Michael in Billy Elliot the Musical on June 28, 2008, after eight auditions and two years of training.

On September 8, 2008, he got his title role, receiving positive reviews. Holland was cast in the British dub of Japan's Studio Ghibli's animated fantasy film Arrietty in 2011. He voiced the main character.

He made his feature film debut in The Impossible (2012), alongside Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor. As part of a six-picture deal with Marvel Studios, Holland was cast as a teenage Peter Parker/Spider-Man on June 23, 2015, and his "life was flipped upside down," as he later tweeted.

He first appeared as Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in (2016). The film was a huge critical and commercial success, grossing over $1.1 billion worldwide and becoming the highest-grossing film of 2016, with Holland receiving critical acclaim.

He reprises his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in Spider-Man: No Way Home, scheduled for release in the latter part of 2021.
